Las Piñas, MANILAVeteran real estate developer Cathay Land launched on December 5, 2021 the grand showroom of Ananda Square, a 20-storey condominium development right at the heart of Las Piñas City.

The brand’s showroom which will be open from 9 AM to 6 PM is located along Alabang-Zapote Road.

This is another milestone for Cathay Land since the inauguration of the development. Now, the 45-percent-sold condominium project is opening its doors for potential investors for them to have a complete visualization of their chosen Ananda Square unit.

Cathay Land partnered with interior designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario of Atelier Almario, the go-to studio for luxury residential design.

The ceremony was led by Cathay Land Sales and Marketing Group Head Achilles Gadayan and sisters Cynthia and Ivy Almario of luxury design firm Atelier Almario. Cathay Land President and CEO Jeffrey Ng was also present to take part in the celebration.

“We are continuing to ramp up our marketing efforts for Ananda Square and this new showroom will play an important role in our strategy,” said Gadayan. “We are seeing a good market potential in Las Piñas and this is a great opportunity for us to present Ananda Square to them, providing our utmost customer-centered service which promotes the Cathay Land quality that has been slowly making a mark to more and more Filipinos,” he added.

The showroom features a furnished studio and one-bedroom unit with decorated interiors, providing potential Cathay Land customers an impressive vision of their would-be home. It includes painted walls and partitions, tiled floors, kitchen countertop, sink and cabinets, tiled toilet and bath with bathroom fixtures, and provisions for window-type air conditioning.

A look inside the newly opened studio unit of Ananda Square designed by Atelier Almario. The unit features an artwork that can turn into a headboard wall, providing flexibility and utmost privacy for future unit owners.

The highlight of the studio unit is a double-sided artwork that can also become the headboard wall.

“At night if you want privacy, you just move that artwork to a 45-degree or a 90-degree angle and nobody can see you already,” explained Ivy Almario of Atelier Almario.

The headboard ensures the maximum utilization of the unit’s available space and adds to the spatial efficiency of the bedroom so that it can transform into a highly functional space that is perfect for relaxation.

The studio unit has an easy-on-the-eyes palette of whites and grays to include more space and light to make the unit feel as spacious as possible.

The one-bedroom unit features a mirrored backwall and a banquette seating from end to end, turning it into a contemporary home with a great feeling of space.

Meanwhile, for the one-bedroom unit, Almario shared that they had to think of a way where they can accommodate all the activities of a couple while making sure that the unit still appears spacious. In order to create a sense of space, the designers mirrored the whole backwall and did a banquette seating from end to end.

A sense of calm and tranquility was created in the one-bedroom unit through the use of natural materials, organic textures, and a soft color palette.

“The other thing that we did was we introduced a slatted wall feature to connect the outside part to the bedroom,” Almario shared. “When a place is small, you want a uniformity of design elements so that’s why we introduced a slatted element and just used it in all the areas where we felt we could enhance the look and feel of that area,” she added.

The units on offer have a floor area between 24 sq. m. to 32.63 sq. m. The pillarless feature of each unit gives investors more options to customize their furniture layout so they can maximize their living space.

Studio units start at Php 2,380,500, whereas one-bedroom units start at Php 3,200,000.

Cathay Land President and CEO Jeffrey Ng welcomes new Ananda Square unit owners.

Gadayan said many of their buyers are young professionals and starting families either looking for an affordable living space, or those who are looking for more valuable investment options. They are generally first-time real-estate buyers.

Among the amenities that future residents will enjoy are The Aquatrium at the building’s center with a lap pool and kiddie pool, pocket gardens, a courtyard, a social hall, and a student lounge. There is also a strip mall at the ground level up to the third floor which will provide them added convenience.

The property is very accessible because of its proximity to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Skyway Stage 3, and NAIA Expressway (NAIAX). It also has direct access to Metro Manila’s premier business districts such as Alabang CBD, Makati CBD, and Bonifacio Global City.

The success of Ananda Square is a testament to Cathay Land’s commitment to develop real estate projects that help spur economic growth and serve as anchors for the community to build on over the years.

With the construction of Ananda Square’s Tower A in full swing, turning-over of units to buyers is expected in early 2024. For more information, visit www.anandasquare.com.
